It's a money game, black on roll. Should black double? If black doubles, should white take?





As you can see from the Snowie evaluation below, it is correct to double, and it is correct to take. If you dropped, you were wrong, but not by a lot.

Black sure wins a lot of games (70 percent), and even some gammons (20 percent), but white winning 30 percent of the time makes it a take. If black doesn't roll a 6 or 4 on the next roll, white has a pretty good chance, and even if black rolls a 6, at least white has an anchor (the ace point), and with an anchor, there is always a chance for a shot.
