Depending on your level of play, I can recommend backgammon experts who give lessons on line. The charge is from $50 to $100 per hour, depending on who you select and your level of play...it's $50 for most beginner and intermediate players.
Whether you play for fun or money, you will learn much in just one or two hours, and you will find the cost is well worth it.
Groups of 2 and 3 can also be arranged for $75 to $150 per hour (total) to help reduce the cost for you.
